How Virtus Works

Virtus Health Coaching helps men living with (or at risk of) long-term health conditions rebuild their strength, confidence, and control - without giving up everything they enjoy.This isn’t about quick fixes, strict rules, or trying to be perfect.It’s about rebuilding your health from the ground up, with the right support, structure, and accountability.


Step One: Book a Free Conversation

No pressure, no sales pitch - just a chat about what’s going on, what’s getting in your way, and where you want to be.
We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and whether Virtus is the right fit for you.


Step Two: Build your personalised plan

If we decide to work together, I’ll help you create a clear, personalised plan focused on what matters most to you:
The plan is built around your condition, lifestyle, and goals - nothing generic, nothing impossible.


Step Three: Weekly coaching & support

We’ll meet 1:1 each week (online or in-person) to review your progress, tackle challenges, adjust your plan as life changes.Between sessions, you’ll get check-ins, practical tools, and accountability so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.


Step Four: Measure, reflect, and move forward

Every few weeks, we’ll track how things are changing - not just your physical health, but your energy, mindset, and confidence too.You’ll start seeing progress that actually means something to you and your life.By the end, you’ll have the tools, structure, and self-belief to keep it going for good.
